How Are Membership Fees Used?

Fees help defray costs for applications for funding from the League of Canadian Poets and The Writers’ Union of Canada.
They contribute to the costs of the WordStorm Spoken Word Series.
Fees provide modest honoraria for readers and performers who have no alternate means of funding.
Fees enable The Wordstorm Society of the Arts to be considered for future funding from government at various levels, and to qualify for sponsorship from local corporations.

If you are a fan of WordStorm and would like to see these events and projects happen on Vancouver Island, help us by becoming a member of the Wordstorm Scoiety of the Arts. Join today.
